chore(just): Add `verify-standalone-all` recipe

Runs `verify-standalone` with `--all-features` on every publishable
workspace crate, so feature-gated uses of unreleased workspace APIs are
also caught. Stops at the first failure.

Added alias `vsa` for quick access.
